4. Mobile phone emit radiation which are very harmful for our health, effects our mind and Causes the formation of tumors [cancer cells].

5. If you spend your most of them on social Media then it effects your mind badly.

6. It distract you from study and It will never allows to be focused on your goals.

7.It is the wastage of time and money.

8. It reduces the importance of Family relation and increase the conflicts between society.

9. Now, because of social media the importance of Mobile phone is much greater than the importance of Family.

10. It distract you while driving and causes accident and serious injury.

11. It disturbs or sleeping. Some people are use Mobile phone Continuously at night and it leads  towards the early blindness. 

12. It create many health problems like Eyes dryness, headache and body pain.

13.Due to bad posture while using mobile phone, the backbone and neck pain increased. 

14. There are many germs attached with Mobile phone that can enter in our body by our hands while eating and causes serious diseases.

We should use Mobile Phone for good purpose such as; for studying, for entertainment purpose, for office work, for communication. We should use it for information and for urgent calls. We should lower the screen brightness and increase the font size. We should use Mobile phone by keeping a sensible distance. We should use it for online study.We should blink continuously while watching mobile phone because it moist our eyes and prevent us from dry eyes. We should use it for 2 hours at a time and takes breaks while using mobile phone.

3. Download music or lyrics and listen it during traveling.

4.Taking breaks for every one hour and play different physical games.

5. You can play traditional road trip games during driving and travelling for your entertainment.
